Our goal is to provide quality dental care to all our patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers but our other patients as well.
We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice.
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. A no-show is when an appointment is missed, without prior cancellation. In either case, we will charge a $35 missed appointment fee. If you arrive to your reserved appointment 15 minutes late you will be asked to reschedule due to time constraints.
As we do not double-book our schedule, attending your appointment on time is important to serving your dental needs. We need the appropriate time to perform dental procedures so that your experience is comfortable and pleasant. As a patient, you are our focus during your scheduled time.
If more than 2 consecutive appointments are missed or canceled, we will require a non-refundable deposit to hold a future time slot. This deposit will go toward work completed on that future date.
If an appointment for surgery is canceled (less than 24hours prior), or no showed you will not be able to reschedule with Dr. Fowler. The surgery will need to be referred out to an oral surgeon.
