It is the policy of this office that if you are a patient of record and are going to miss/change a scheduled appointment for ANY REASON WITHOUT EXCEPTION, WE MUST RECEIVE A 24-HOUR ADVANCE NOTICE BY PHONE. Emails and texts are not acceptable methods of cancelation. This courtesy allows us to see our patients promptly and to give your appointment time to a patient who is in need of it. It also helps us to provide more affordable dental care for all our patients. If we do not receive this courtesy and you miss/reschedule two appointments, we will have no other option but to dismiss you from the practice and ask you to find another dentist for your future dental care.
If you are a NEW PATIENT and you miss your first appointment with our office for ANY REASON you will need to find a new dentist for your future dental care. We will not reschedule you in this office.
All patients will assess a $35 missed appointment fee that will be added to your account for missed/canceled appointments and dismissed from our office after two missed/canceled appointments.
If you are scheduled for surgery with Dr. Fowler on a Friday and you cancel or no show for this appointment, you will not be able to be put back into his schedule and will need to find another oral surgeon elsewhere.
